About Douglas Fearing
Man On A Mission
If there was a phrase that could best describe Doug Fearing it would be this: He is a man on a mission. That mission took a major twist in 2005 when Doug traded up from the American Dream to The Kingdom Dream. Today his mission is to advance the Kingdom of God by pointing people to their Kingdom Dream.
Drawing from his years of experiences that have been honed through parenting, business, non-profit leadership, personal pain through severe trials, and transformation after new discoveries; Doug brings a new perspective to faith and culture. His new book, The Kingdom Dream, is the result of his new mission.

The Kingdom Dream: An Urgent Wake-Up Call to Life Beyond the American Dream
Every life is moving toward a destiny, whether it’s good or bad. When we awaken to eternal truth, we can choose the good, reduce our regrets, and live not only for what matters now, but for what matters forever.
After a divine wake-up call shattered the illusion of the American Dream he had been chasing, Doug Fearing was launched into an unexpected venture of faith. What he discovered was a greater Dream—the Kingdom Dream—one that transcends wealth, status, and temporal success.
The Kingdom Dream tells the story of that venture and the life-altering lessons learned along the way. It is a call to your highest destiny. As Doug pursued his own, a bold vision emerged: What could happen if an entire nation awakened to live as Kingdom Dreamers, while honestly confronting the spiritual obstacles that stand in the way?
Rooted in a timeless promise, The Kingdom Dream points to a life that bears eternal fruit—love, joy, peace, courageous obedience, good works with lasting impact, and even the possibility of miracles.
Fulfilling your highest destiny requires courage. Ignoring the call carries consequences.

Making a Difference
“Making a Difference” has been a lifelong theme for Doug, inspired by his father’s legacy.
From a small-town kid to leading a 10,000-member statewide nonprofit, then co-founding a business with his wife Lois and growing it to over $10 million in revenue—all while serving others—Doug and Lois have remained driven by purpose.
After selling Fearing’s Audio Video Security in December 2025, they are stepping into a new season: making a difference for the Kingdom of God, wherever it leads.
Can they make a difference for you?
